Featured as one of the 25 most influential Spanish-speaking women, Elaine participated as a speaker at the University of San Diego, where she gave a workshop on The Meaning of Money for a three-generation family enterprise. In addition, she shared tips on how to teach a child about the value of money for WE Evolution, world organization of Latina women. With a slightly different audience, she delivered eight keynotes at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) to help more than 600 young people from different schools and provide them with the key to have a bright future in their finances.
King was also the keynote speaker at the first entrepreneurial event Hola Emprende, organized by the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FCHCC), dedicated to empowering and transforming entrepreneurs. It was a successful event and full of positive feedback. In her speech, Elaine King shared financial literacy with her beloved community of entrepreneurs. This event was part of National Hispanic Heritage Month, a population that is estimated to reach 30% in the USA in the near future.
